Marcus is positive, happy and social. He is an excellent communicator and experienced in communicating with different functions in the projects. This, combined with his considerable technical expertise, makes him easy to work with.

Marcus has a strong drive and initiative. In most projects, Marcus also works as a mentor for both own employees as well as external consultants and client staff. He adds business value for customers by understanding the processes and how to automate and streamline them.

Marcus has extensive experience in managing requirements of and developing web solutions with an emphasis on high traffic and performance.

Marcus has worked with architecture, integration and development, primarily in Java/JEE environments. He has 15 years of experience as a consultant and has experience working in many different roles in the project.

Marcus is currently managing a team focusing on web development, search and content management solutions.
